Teams in the eastern conference include Creighton University, Dordt College, Iowa State University, South Dakota State University, University of Nebraska, and the University of South Dakota. The United States Air Force Academy, Colorado College, Mesa State College, and the University of Wyoming conclude the western conference.

DIII All Star Challenge

Division III is proud to announce the details for our inaugural All-Star Challenge. The event will be a round robin tournament between eight teams comprised of the top talent nationwide in Division III at the Ice Line Arena
in Westchester, PA. Although these eight teams will compete in a grueling 48 hours of hockey vying for the tournament championship, the big prize at stake for these players is a spot on the 2010 Division III National Team.
The All-Star Challenge will serve as the primary tryout camp for the team that Division will be sending to Europe over the winter break next year. Although it will not be a requirement to be play in this tournament if you wish to be considered for the National Team, it is highly recommend that you do.

The eight teams set to compete in the All-Star Challenge and their primary contacts are:

1. Blue Ridge Hockey Conference - Ben Hammock
2. College Hockey East - Chuck Kuzniewski
3. Michigan Collegiate Hockey Conference - Mike Petrumsa
4. Pacific College Hockey Association - Brian Chiarito
5. Empire Collegiate Hockey Conference - Jon LaRochester
6. Delaware Valley College Hockey Conference - Tom Galambos
7. North Central Collegiate Hockey Association - Nate Van Niejenhuis
