Welcome to the NCCHA
Welcome to the North Central Collegiate Hockey Association. The NCCHA is a premier non-varsity hockey conference in the American Collegiate Hockey Association, Division 3. The NCCHA strives for excellence while maintaining academic integrity.
The NCCHA has been in existence since 2008, and is comprised of teams that were formerly ACHA DIII Pacific Region independent, as well as the bulk of teams that comprised the now dissolved Great Plains Collegiate Hockey Association which was in existence for fourteen seasons beginning in 1993.
There are a total of ten teams in the conference from different Colleges and Universities. Teams in the eastern conference include Creighton University, Dordt College, Iowa State University, South Dakota State University, University of Nebraska, and the University of South Dakota. The United States Air Force Academy, Colorado College, Mesa State College, and the University of Wyoming conclude the western conference.
